He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores "Dorrie" Preston Magee. He is survived by: his children, Robert Vernon Magee, Shelley Magee Arizmendi and David Preston Magee. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hammondsport American Legion (8425 NY-54, Hammondsport, NY 14840).
