He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Catherine (Fallon) and Thomas William Connolly of Rockaway Beach; and his brothers, Hugh and Billy. He is survived by: his wife Dolores (McHugh); his children, Fallon and Courtney; his son-in-law Philip Storace; his grandsons, Nate Connolly, Philip and Harry Storace; and his siblings, Noreen Monaghan, Mary Intrabartolo and Joseph Connolly. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, and a few close friends.
