We bid farewell to Maureen P. DeStefano of Hampton Bays, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on June 21, 2025 at the age of 86. Maureen touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Maureen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Maureen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the R. J. O'shea Funeral Home (94 E Montauk Hwy, Hampton Bays, NY 11946). A committal service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calverton National Cemetery (210 Princeton Blvd, Calverton, NY 11901).
In lieu of flowers donations in Maureen's name to the Southampton Animal Shelter (https://www.southamptonanimalshelter.com) would be greatly appreciated.
