He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Sylvester and Fanny Sylvester (Amitrano); Eileen. He is survived by: his girlfriend Marie Tumminello; his girlfriend's sons, Mark (Anita) and Matthew; his brother Thomas J. Sylvester; his nephew Brian Sylvester (Suszanne); and his niece Denise Sylvester. He is also survived by his great-nephews; and many dear lifelong friends.
