He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Milk and Grace Milk (Peake); and his brothers, Allan, Clinton and David.
He is survived by: his siblings, Aloma McElwee (Bill) of Ithaca, Lucian Milk of Long Eddy, Lucinda Mootz of Callicoon Center, Sharon Cormier of Cochecton, Telford Milk (Nancy) of Hancock, Aleta Mason (Tom) and Andrea Milk of Long Eddy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
