He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Willard Kelly and Doris Kelly; his wife Colleen Gales; his children, Candis Vanloan and Jay P. Kelly; his grandsons, Conner and Tyler; his brothers, Larry and Bill Kelly; his grandsons, Jesse Vanloan and Patrick Carey; and his great grandchild Odin Vanloan. He was also cherished by several great grandchildren.
