He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Cormack and Douglas Cormack; his brothers, Douglas and Richard Cormack; and his brother-in-law Les Corliss.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Cormack (Bushman); his daughter Elizabeth Valentino; his son-in-law Ray Valentino; his grandchildren, Raymond and Ava Valentino; his sister Jean Corliss; and his siblings-in-law, Jane Cormack, Donna McQuade (Brett) and Tom Bushman. He is also survived by nephew, nieces and cousins.
