He is survived by: his wife Linda Evanitsky; his children, Matoka Martin (Edward), Patricia Fuller (Thomas), Theron Christopher Evanitsky (Jody) and Nicole Foster (Sean); his grandchildren, Thomas Fuller, Jamie Martin, Jessica O'Brien (Shane), Connor Foster, Gavin Foster and Trysten Evanitsky; and his sister Matoka Evanitsky.
