Barbara Jean DiBello Parrow Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on August 9, 2025, Barbara Jean DiBello Parrow of Hannibal, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her grandmother Mary; and her parents, Robert DiBello and Eleanor McEwen (Albert). She is survived by: her children, Hubert Parrow Jr. of Hannibal, NY, Rebecca Smith of Oswego, NY and Robert Parrow (Cathy) of Clopton, AL.; her grandchildren, Thomas Smith (Becca), Michael Smith (Kathy) and Carly St (Josh); her great grandchildren, Jordan Smith, Lily Jean Smith, Josh Smith, Paige Smith, Ian Smith and Mae Katherine St. Germain; and her husband Hubert F. Parrow Sr. of Oswego, NY.. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and great friends.
