With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Douglas W. Edwards of Hannibal, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edwards and Shirley Edwards (Fogg). He is survived by: his wife Linda Edwards; his stepdaughter Lori Reitmeier (Jim); his grandchildren, Jacob Reitmeier (Jordynn) and Holly Reitmeier; his great grandchild Lucas Reitmeier; his brother David Edwards; his nephews, David and Daniel; and his cousin Robert Jr. Weeden (Karen).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home (837 Cayuga St, Hannibal, NY 13074). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fairdale Rural Cemetery (1254 County Rte 3, Hannibal, NY 13074).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Douglas' name may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
