He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon VanNorman and Mariena VanNorman (Hogerheide); his pet Duster; his siblings, Martin VanNorman and Betty Kershner; and his sister-in-law Judy Blanchard.
He is survived by: his significant other Bill Carley of Hannibal; his children, Rob VanNorman (Cindy) of Ten Mile, TN, Karen Crandall (Jim) of Tucson, AZ, Jeff VanNorman (Monica) of Tucson, AZ and Cathy Roeland (Joe) of Newark, NY; his siblings, Marie Stumpf of Home, PA, Joe VanNorman (Liz) of Manchester, NY, Arlene Reeves of Canandaigua, NY and Catherine Griffin of Shortsville, NY; and his in-laws, Barbara Hough (Mark), Susan Gombas (John), Linda Morrell (Damen), Floyd Carley (Darlene) and Debbie Cardinali (Jon). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
