He is survived by : his children, Justin Blanchard of Martville, NY and Whitney Blanchard of Washington, DC; his close friend Karen White of Hannibal; his siblings, Richard Blanchard of Michigan, Virginia Roth (Dave) of Auburn, Lee Blanchard (Lori) of Michigan, Jackie Shurtleff (David) of Cato and Susan DeVall of Auburn; and his grandson Braxton Pulsifer.
