She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Tyler; her parents, Lynn B. Johnson and Ruth L. Johnson; her son Jonathan Tyler; and her sister Carol Johnson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jill Gilbert (Craig) of Oswego, NY and Susan Messer (Charlie) of Liverpool, NY.; her grandchildren, Jonathan Gilbert, Jessica Burzynski (Matthew), Samuel Gilbert (Destiny), Ethan Messer and Jillian Messer (Nicholas Fagan); her great grandchildren, Scarlett Burzynski, Jameson Burzynski, Gabriel Burzynski and Theodore Gilbert; and her sister Lynne "Bunny" Phillips. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Judy's name to the Hannibal Global Methodist Church, 320 Church Street, Hannibal, NY 13074.
