He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Inch and Lenore Inch. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Inch; his sons, Robert (Jennifer) and Jerry (Jessica); his grandchildren, Trisha, Anthony, Loghan, Cadan, Arianna (Jesse) and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Emma, Hailie, Hunter, Faith and Atlas; and his siblings, Connie, Kathy, Harry Jr., Richard and Holly.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home (837 Cayuga St, Hannibal, NY 13074). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home-Hannibal (837 Cayuga St, Hannibal, NY 13074).
