He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hoffman and Edna Mae Hoffman. He is survived by: his sisters, Shari Gordon (Steven) of Hannibal, NY and Susan Conner (Shawn) of Red Creek, NY.; and his nieces and nephews, Nicole Birdsell (Cody Espaniola), Kristy Ketcham (Miles Cowles), Shawn Conner Jr. (Alexandra) and Shane Conner. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
