With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jane Marie Wood of Harris, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 28, 2025 at the age of 62. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Edwin and Dorothy Mae Shortsleeves (Hubbard); her husband Anthony Wood, Sr. of Mechanicville; her daughter Cassy Bushey (Thomas George); her stepsons, Christopher Wood (Lisa), Anthony Wood, Jr. (Kayla Jones), Jamie Wood (Leandra) and Matthew Wood; her siblings, Joseph Shortsleeves, Leona Daly, Leonard Shortsleeves and Diana Hubbard; her daughter Samantha Bushey Coger; and her siblings, June Shortsleeves and Charles Shortsleeves. She was also cherished by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
