The memory of Barbara A. Alfieri (Hartsdale, New York), who passed away on June 12, 2025 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the sacred silence of farewell, Barbara is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Barbara's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Butterick and Florence Butterick; and her husband Al Alfieri. She is survived by: her children, Peter Alfieri (Janice Anderson), Michael Alfieri and Kathryn Masilotti (John).
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wanamaker & Carlough Funeral Home (177 NY-59, Suffern, NY 10901). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ferncliff Cemetery (280 Secor Rd, Hartsdale, NY 10530).
In lieu of flowers, donations in Barbara's memory may be made to the American Cancer Society.
