He was predeceased by: his brother Richard of Ameila Island, Florida.; his parents, Robert Breen and Genevieve Breen (Sheridan); and his friend Bob Loomis. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Karl Breen (Ginni); his children, Cathy Halloran (Terry), Mary (late Cas Patrick), David (Kathy Haley) and Bob (Lucy Corsaro); his grandchildren, Coleen (Pat Sitzer), David (Tara Rana), Michael (Katie Steike), Nikki, Christopher and Jillian; and his great grandchildren, Abigail (Sitzer) and Lily. He is also survived by relatives and close friends and being the supportive parent.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Ballard-Durand Funeral & Cremation Services (2 Maple Ave, White Plains, NY 10601). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (10 Lawton Ave, Hartsdale, NY 10530). A burial was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM.
