Perkins of Hastings, New York, born in Princeton, Maine, who passed away at the age of 92, on March 22, 2022. He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur C. Perkins and Hilda T. Perkins (Shankel); his wife Mary Strout; and his son Lawrence. He is survived by : his children, Kelvin Perkins (Kim), Timothy Perkins (Tracey) and Cheryl Perkins (Robert Figger). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
Chester was on the Board of Directors for the YMCA and he volunteered with RSVP every year to help people with their taxes at the Central Square Library.
