He was predeceased by : his wife Sue A. Clark; his son Howard G. Clark; and his brother Ormonde Goettel. He is survived by : his daughter Mellanie Denny (Todd); his siblings, Winifred House and Jack Goettel; and his grandson Ian Denny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Burial will take place at Hillside Cemetery in the Spring.In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Pennellville United Methodist Church.
