He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Pembleton; his children, Marni McKie, Robyn Stacy and John McKie; his son-in-law Tim Stacy; his stepchildren, Lynn Misiti and Steven Conklin; his grandchildren, Tyler Hook and Ryan Hook; and his great grandchildren, Ian Hook, Javan Pruitt, Olivia, Levi Hook and Rieley Hook.
