She is survived by: her children, Nora McSweeney (John) of Setauket, Jennifer Lugar (Todd) of Atlanta and David Scollard (Tammy) of Greenwich, Connecticut; her grandchildren, Erin, John, David and Lindsay; her sister-in-law Lynn Irwin of Fairfield, CT; her brother Henry "Hank" Scollard; and her caregiver Doreen Sullivan.
