With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maria Rosario Urgiles of Haverstraw, New York, who passed away on October 19, 2025 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Maria's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Maria has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Jimmy Sucuzhanay Urgiles and Adonis Christopher Sucuzhanay Urgiles; and her siblings, Luis Urgiles, Segundo Urgiles, Rosa, Nube, Arcila and Blanca Urgiles.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the George M. Holt Funeral Home (50 New Main St, Haverstraw, NY 10927). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Peter and St Mary's Church (115 Broadway, Haverstraw, NY 10927).
