With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl S. Kropelnicki (Hawthorne, New York), who passed away on January 8, 2026 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kropelnicki and Catherine Kropelnicki; and his aunts and uncles, Stephen Kropelnicki, Lotti Skoba Fred (Charles) and Pfisterer.
He is survived by: his aunt Louise; his uncle William Rubenstahl; his siblings, Kenny, Kenneth Kropelnicki (Jeani Beggeman) of Mahopac, NY and Laura MacGregor (William MacGregor) of Brewster, NY; his cousins, Carol Treutlein and Barbara Schneider (Michael); his nieces and nephews, William MacGregor (Stephanie), Cynthia Fox (Robert), Jesse Kropelnicki (Christine) and Eric MacGregor (Adriana); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, William MacGregor Jr., Isabella Alvarez, Christian Fox, Colin Kropelnicki, Serena Fox, Stella Kropelnicki, Eric James MacGregor, Ethan MacGregor, Conor MacGregor, Zachary Fox, Piper MacGregor, Dylan MacGregor and Mia MacGregor.
The family requests no flowers. Instead, in lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Friends of Karen in memory of Carl Kropelnicki.
