With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Clara Verano (Hawthorne, New York), who passed away on April 13, 2026 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Clara shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Clara farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Angelo Cosentino and Conchetta Puciano Cosentino; her husband Anthony Verano; her daughter Rosemarie Verano; her grandson Anthony Karlovich; and her siblings, Millie Christensen Carlough, Edith Rose, Louis Cosentino and Frank Cosentino.
She is survived by: her daughter Diana Verano; and her granddaughters, Chavelyin Karlovich-Colleran (Liam) and Toni-Marie Verano (Nick). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
