He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno Cosentino and Teresa Cosentino (Nestico); his wife Theresa Pichichero (Pichichero); his brothers, Andrew (Bianca), Frank (Theresa) and Lou (Marge); his brother-in-law George Katibah; his son-in-law Kenneth O'Rourke; and his family Joe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Joanne O'Rourke, Donna Goselin (Rich) and Carol Adduci (Leo); his grandchildren, Emily, Tom O'Rourke (Michaela), Matt and Gillian Adduci; his sisters, Victoria Katibah and Antoniette Dimino (Vincent); and his great grandchild Riley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
