With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kim Costello (Hawthorne, New York), born in City Island, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 24, 2025 at the age of 58. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire her loved ones, keeping Kim's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While her presence may be gone, her impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
She was predeceased by: her father Martin Laurich. She is survived by: her husband Michael Costello (Cos); her sons, Thomas and John Costello; her mother Judy Laurich; her aunt Carolyn; her uncle John Corona; her cousin Danielle Mula; and her nieces and nephews, Cori and Nicholas Dravecky.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calendar Hawthorne Funeral Home (21 W Stevens Ave, Hawthorne, NY 10532).
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request donations be made to either Burke Rehabilitation Center (https://www.burke.org) or Regional Hospice of Danbury.
