He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Russell (Michael), Todd Russell, Paul Russell (Maxi) and Dawn Straub (Doug); his siblings, Belle Tubb and Jim Beal; his son-in-law Wade Osterhout; his sisters-in-law, Joyce Beal and Nancy Russell; his grandchildren, Kayla Tabacco (Roland), Chad Osterhout, Tyler Russell (Carolyn), Erin Russell, Kaitlyn Russell and Kyle Russell; his great grandchildren, Parker, Steele Bartholomay, Maverick and Porter Tabacco; and his close friend Kitty.
