He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilda M. Talley and Raymond A. Talley; and his brother-in-law Richard F. Uebelacker. He is survived by: his wife Jane Talley (Uebelacker); his daughter Janice Jones (Gary); his granddaughter Jennifer Bronakoski (Ronald); his great grandchild Reagan Bronakoski; and his brother Ronald Talley (Debbie) of Virginia.
