He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" Duffy; his parents, Margaret Duffy (O'Brien) and George Duffy; and his siblings, Margaret Phelps (Donald) and George Duffy (Patricia).
He is survived by: his children, Brian Duffy (Susan), Sharon Sullivan (Timothy) and Daniel Duffy (Barbara); his grandchildren, Meaghan (David Burkard), Patrick Duffy (Roseanna), Dylan Duffy (Emily Bellinger), Teryn (Evan Fullerton), Annalyse, Jacob Sullivan, Joseph and Stephen Duffy; and his great grandchildren, Gabrielle, Winston Duffy, Leighton Fullerton and Benjamin Burkard.
