She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Perry and Mildred Perry (Bigness); her daughter Julie Ann Klock; and her siblings, Elaine Garand, Douglas, Bryan and Albert Perry.
She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Klock (Kimberly); her granddaughters, Jennifer Klock (Eric Constable) and Jaymie Klock (Collin Sickler); her brother Bruce Perry; and her sister-in-law Mary Perry. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
