It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Mook of Herkimer, New York, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 49, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his sister Rose; and his grandfather Robert Congdon. He is survived by : his parents, Richard Congdon and Roxanne Congdon; his children, Samantha (Dan), Tyler (Ashley) and Morgan (Joe); his brother Wayne; and his grandchildren, Kaydence, Bryson and Makayla. He is also survived by aunts, uncles; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
