It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald L. Biando of Herkimer, New York, who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parent Carmen Biando (Eseltine); his sons, Peter Biando and Michael Biando; and his grandson Joshua Biando. He is survived by : his father Peter Biando of Frankfort; his children, Regina Biando of Herkimer and Ryan Jaquish of Herkimer; his siblings, Debra Foster (Eldon) of Frankfort, Leon Biando (Mary) of Ontario, NY and James Biando of Manlius; his grandchildren, Carmen Mankouski, Mickayla Biando and MaeJean Bullock (Devin); and his great grandchildren, Theodore, Dawson and Haisley Bullock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
