She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Massimo and Leona Massimo (Iacobucci); her brother Andrew Sands Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Alan Walrath, Anthony (Mayme Franco), Anna Franco Wiliczka (Stan), Philomena (Joseph Lamarco), Pierina (Roger Stasilli), Lydia (Steve Salamone) and Yvonne Franco; and her husband Ralph Franco Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Franco Jr. (Cynthia DeRosa) of Herkimer and Domenica; her son-in-law Kelly Ogden of Herkimer; her grandchildren, Justina Franco (Steven Mikus), Jared Ogden (Amanda Terry), Alycia Ogden (Tyler Freunscht) and Sonya Ogden; her great grandchildren, Evelyn Ogden, Giovanni Ogden and Harlow Ogden; her sister Florence Johnson; her brother-in-law Sean of Ilion; her sibling Mickey Walrath; and her sister-in-law Netta Sands of Daytona Beach, FL.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Church of Sts. Anthony & Joseph (228 S Main St, Herkimer, NY 13350).
