He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Spatto and Elma Spatto; and his in-laws, Harold Ruehl, Sandra Briggs, Ida and Gus Schmidt.
He is survived by: his wife Linda D Ruehl; his sons, Frank "Scooby" (Kim Spatto), Ryan (Amber Spatto) and Adam (Jessica Spatto); his grandchildren, Ryah, Frank John, Madelyn, Emily, Anastasia and Wesson; and his siblings-in-law, Terry (Beverly Donlon), John Dwyer, Dan (Linda Spatto), James (Diane Spatto), Rich Signorino and Sharon Chavers. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousin and godchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM.
