He is survived by : his children, Roslita Lilley of Fultonville, Felicia Lea Fenner of Johnstown and Gerald R. Fenner Jr. (Bobbi-Jo) of Jacksonville, FL; his brother Robert Fenner Jr.; his grandchildren, Len Lilley III (Chelsea), Alex Lilley (Ali) and Savannah Benoit (Tyler); and his great grandchild Parker Lilley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
