He was predeceased by: his wife Clara Cortese of Anthony's Church; and his siblings, Everett Terrell, Lamar Terrell, Louise Barrett and Emily Beckel.
He is survived by: his sons, Jack Perry Terrell Jr. of Frisco City, AL and Scott; his daughter-in-law Stacey Terrell of Baldwinsville, NY; his daughter Jackie; his son-in-law Andrew Hobika of Clinton, NY; his grandchildren, Kayla (Daniel Sheridan), Kyle (Catherine Terrell), Kelsey Terrell, Marissa Hobika, Andrew Hobika Jr., Matthew Hobika and Alexis Hobika; and his great grandchildren, Jack Sheridan, Shea Sheridan, Ava Terrell, Teddy Terrell and Parker Terrell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sts. Anthony and Joseph Church's. Main (228 S Main St, Herkimer, NY 13350).
