She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ford Taylor and Marion S. Lowell Taylor; her nephews, Joseph Barrett Jr. and Raymond Taylor Jr.; her brother George Taylor; her siblings-in-law, Kathleen Taylor, Laura Taylor, Judith Taylor and Gilbert Rotach; and her grandson Phillip Frolish.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Frolish (Alex); her grandson Peter Frolish II of Saratoga Springs; and her siblings, Raymond Taylor of Cold Brook, Fredrick Taylor of Arizona, William Taylor (Sue) of Massena, Carol Rotach of New Hartford, Linda Countryman of Remsen, Patricia Welch of New York Mills and Gail Warchol (Larry Finelli) of New Hartford. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In place of flowers, donations may be made in Jan's name to Toys for Tots, Wounded Warrior Project, or the Herkimer County Meals on Wheels.
