He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fiacco and Helen Fiacco (Mosher); and his siblings, Virginia Spring, William Fiacco and Alan Fiacco.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Jane McMahon (Sean) of Ilion and David Fiacco (Kristen) of Anchorage, Alaska; his grandchildren, Joshua McMahon, Keith McMahon, Maureen McMahon, Emily Ogilvie and Aidan Ogilvie; and his great grandchild Clemence Tandle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
