He is survived by: his wife Patrica (Pettengill); his children, Amy Fields (Shawn) of Virginia and Aaron Scalise (Jennifer) of Oneida; his grandchildren, Tanisha Fields, D'Shawn Fields, Abigail Hine (Robert), Harper Scalise and Nora Scalise; his great grandchild Lemon Jackson; his siblings, Joseph Scalise, Ronald Scalise (Mamie) and Theresa Virkler (Richard); and his siblings-in-law, Joseph Tubia, Christine Pettengill, William Pettengill (Deb), Susan Knapp (David), Michele Sweet (Michael) and Michael Pettengill (Be). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
