The memory of Patricia N. Coombs of Herkimer, New York, who passed away on June 12, 2025 at the age of 77, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond O'Bryan and Eileen O'Bryan (Rivers); her husband Raymond J. Coombs; and her grandson C. J. Cammarata. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Buffa (Mark), Jennifer Cammarata (Charles), Kathleen Coombs and Jeffrey Coombs (Jennifer); her siblings, Carol Babcock (James), Stephen O'Bryan (Karen) and Timothy O'Bryan (Mary); and her grandchildren, Paige, Tanner, Levi, Jeremy, Sabrina, Dylan and Samantha. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
