He is survived by: his brother Richard (Debi Card); his siblings' children, David, Jimmy, Julie, Sister Kathy and Terry Tynon of Jacksonville, NC; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Shantell and Shane; his siblings' children, Sister Melanie and Doug Mattice of Rensselear Falls, NY; his great-nieces and great-nephews, DJ, Jason and Mystori; his sister Diana (Mark Richardson); his niece Juliana; his sister Penny (Mitch Hays); his siblings' children, Shandria and Ariana; his sister Darlene Thornton of Jamestown, TN; his siblings' children, Travis Church and Brittany Thornton; his foster sister Tammy Olin of Clearfield, PA; and also Khrystial.
