It is with sadness that the passing of Bert Nelson (Hewlett, New York) is shared. Bert, born on August 19, 1942, passed away on July 23, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Carol Nelson; his children, Rebecca Bauer (Brian), Adam Nelson (Jill) and Julie Robeson (Jim); and his grandchildren, Sadie Nelson, Audrey Bauer, Alex Bauer, Jake Bauer, Charlie Bauer and Jonathan Robeson.
