J. and Karen Berg (Frederic); her grandchildren, Allison Berg (Brian Van Parys), Teresa Berg, Kaitlin Cassidy and Joseph Cassidy; her sister Kathleen "Katy" Frank; her nieces, Mary Frank (Caron Gelfand) and Barbara Frank (Nancy Scotto); and her nephew John Frank (Keli Liu).
A wake was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Vernon C. Wagner Funeral Home (125 W Old Country Rd, Hicksville, NY 11801). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (17 Fordham Ave, Hicksville, NY 11801). Toward the end of the COVID-19 pandemic, as their need for additional care increased, Blanche and Chris moved to All American Assisted Living in Coram, NY.
