He was predeceased by: his parents, Sante Paci and Inez Paci; and his siblings, Nellie (Jack), Louis, George, Mary and Sammy (Anne).
He is survived by: his significant other Arlene Martha; his grandchildren, Adam Theodore Koerick (Grace) and Allison Nicole Paci; and his great grandchildren, Audrey and Alexander Koerick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital in Jerry's name.
