Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Barbara leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Mayer and Mildred Beatrice Mayer; her husband Robert T. Curry; and her siblings, Louis Mayer Jr. and Margaret Warren.
She is survived by: her son Robert Curry (Pornchanok Tuancharoensri); her stepchildren, John Curry of Kingston and Leslie Curry (Dakota); and her sister Phyllis Longtoe of Maine. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Seamon-Wilsey Funeral Home, Inc. (45 John St, Saugerties, NY 12477). A procession was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Snow Church.
