Patricia leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Patricia’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Patricia will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was predeceased by: her husband Clarence "Skeeter" Starr Jr.; her parents, Thomas Lubanty and Margaret Lubanty; and her brothers, Walter and Thomas Lubanty.

She is survived by: her children, Clarissa Farrier (Robert) of Highland Falls, NY and Clarence "Skeeter" Starr III (Michele) of Walden, NY; and her grandchildren, Bryce, Aidan, Brandon, Gavin, Emma and Lauren.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the O'Connor Doyle American Legion Hall (134 Old State Rd, Highland Falls, NY 10928).
