He is survived by: his children, John Rush of Highland Falls, Debbie Armstrong (Kevin) of Stony Point, NY, Helen Chillingworth of Middletown, NY and Catherine Muller (Chris) of Fort Montgomery, NY; and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Dani, Kevin, Kimberly, Katie and Steven. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
