He is survived by: his wife April Leszczynski; his children, Katie Leszczynski, Ivy Leszczynski of Highland, NY, Keith Leszczynski and Kevin Leszczynski of Newburgh, NY; his parents-in-law, Wendy Fisk of Highland, NY and John Fisk of Kernersville, NC; and his parents, Tania Anable (David) of Lake Katrine, NY and William Smart of Poughkeepsie, NY.. He is also survived by wife and children.
