She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Arecco and Rose Arecco (Mataraza); her husband James V. Phillips; her son James V. Phillips, Jr.; and her close friends, Robert Cullen and Louis Amorati.
She is survived by: her children, Sara Quick (Larry) of Ulster Park and Frank J. Phillips (Michele) of Stony Point; her grandsons, Kevin Burchell (Jessica), Bryan Burchell and Shane Phillips; her stepgrandson Alex Langhorne; and her friend Louise Pancotti. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
